Conflict of Interest: We are a family run company. Our CEO is Jennifer who set up the original company in 2014. Our CCO is Kathryne who is Jennifer's mother. We have other staff members who are related to Jennifer, both directly and indirectly. If there is ever something that you wish to raise, and want to discuss it with someone who is not related to the Senior Leadership Team then please reach out to our Operations Manager Shantel Cotton

 

Insurance: We have Public Liability Insurance and Employer's Liability Insurance. Certificates are available on request

Pricing Structure: Full details of all our prices are detailed on our Terms of Service

Personal Care: If service users require assistance with intimate care when out and about then we can accommodate this. We do not offer any Personal Care in the family home. For more information please refer to our Intimate Care Policy

Staff: Staff are required to have an Enhanced DBS check at the onset of their employment with us. Staff are also required to provide at least 2 references and a full employment history. We have a comprehensive and detailed training programme which all staff are expected to complete. Further details can be found in our Code of Conduct Policy
