Our Process

 

We want to make things as easy as possible for you, so we have a simple process for registering with our service:

 

  • We exchange initial details and talk through the service you require from us

  • We undertake all risk assessments and complete a comprehensive Support Plan which covers every detail of the service we will be providing

  • We designate a staff member who will be responsible for delivering your Support Plan, ensuring that you have consistency of service and are able to develop a strong, trusting relationship with our Company

  • And then we can begin!

 

We review each Support Plan every 6 months to ensure that you continue to remain satisfied with our service. We regularly send out feedback forms so that we can make sure that the service we are providing continues to meet its intended aims. We are here for you at any time, to talk through any aspect of your service

We accept Personal Budgets, Direct Payments and privately funded provision
